By using Kavya you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The content

The poems in Kavya are works in the public domain (their authors died more than 60 years ago, the term of copyright in India), presented with attribution for study and enjoyment. Translations, transliterations, explanations, and the app itself are provided by Kavya and are for personal, non-commercial use.

Kavya Pro subscriptions

Kavya offers an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase, which unlock unlimited line-by-line explanations.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or scrape the app’s translations and explanations. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
